Quality Plant Officer
We are supporting an international industrial company in the search for a Quality Plant Officer to join its plant operations team. This role focuses on supporting the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 standards, ensuring high levels of product quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with safety and environmental requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Support compliance with quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor the correct application of internal processes and procedures
- Maintain and update QMS documentation (e.g., Quality Manual, procedures, quality plans)
- Assist with internal and external audits, including preparation of reports
- Collect and analyze quality data; contribute to reporting and management reviews
- Track quality KPIs and highlight deviations




- Support the management of non-conformities and corrective actions
- Assist in supplier qualification, evaluation, and audits
- Ensure proper use and calibration of measuring instruments
- Collaborate with technical teams on process improvements and product sampling
- Contribute to statistical analysis related to quality performance
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

Competenze ed esperienza

- A background in engineering or manufacturing, with a focus on quality processes.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and relevant industry standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and an ability to work methodically.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Proficiency in using quality monitoring tools and software.
