We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, training and development, and administrative tasks. **Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**: - Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing materials and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Help organize and manage employee training and development programs.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases using digital tools.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and workplace culture. **Requirements**: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.




- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with IT systems, HR software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
