Your roleAs a Business Manager, you will be at the heart of our Italian development strategy.
You will drive business growth, talent acquisition, and operational excellence, acting as a true entrepreneur within the company.
Key responsibilities Business Development & ManagementBuild and develop a portfolio of key accounts (large groups, SMEs, and high-tech startups)Manage and grow the existing accounts Identify and qualify new opportunities in the Italian industrial ecosystemLead commercial negotiations and proposals (staffing, projects, service centers)Conduct market mapping and competitive analysis (semiconductors, automation, energy, etc.)
