Sommelier - Tuya Milano **Location**: Milan, Italy
**Contract**: Full-Time | High-End Hospitality **Tuya Milano** is a refined dining and lifestyle destination in the heart of the city. We are looking for a **Sommelier** with deep wine knowledge, refined taste, and a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences. If you are an ambassador of wine culture, with elegance, precision, and a guest-first mindset — this is your stage. **Key Responsibilities**
- Curate and manage the wine list, ensuring a balanced selection of prestigious and emerging labels
- Guide guests with expert wine recommendations, tailored to their preferences and menu pairings
- Conduct staff training sessions on wine service, tasting, and food pairings
- Oversee wine storage, cellar management, and stock rotation
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and Bar Team Lead to create innovative pairings and experiences
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and source exclusive wines for Tuya Milano
- Uphold **Tuya’s premium brand image** through exceptional service and presentation **What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience as a **Sommelier in high-end hospitality**:



- Certified Sommelier qualification (AIS, WSET, or equivalent)
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and international wines, regions, and trends
- Refined communication and interpersonal skills with a polished appearance
- Ability to educate, inspire, and train both guests and staff
- Fluent in **Italian and English**; additional languages are a plus
