**Job description** CASH APPLICATION SPECIALIST** **About us**:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Cash Applier to join our Accounts Receivable team. **As a Cash Application Specialist, you will be responsible for**: - **Dispute/deduction/chargeback**: Handling payments involving deductions and chargebacks from retail customers
- **Reconciliations**: Matching daily cash receipts with bank statements and performing monthly AR-to-GL reconciliations
- **Payment Processing**: Managing customer refunds and setting up new payment methods
- **Reconciliations & Adjustments**: Preparing account adjustments such as credits and write-offs, with proper documentation
- **Reporting**: Preparing daily cash receipt reports, monitoring weekly AR trends, and analyzing month-end aging to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- **Forecasting & Communication**: Gathering weekly cash forecasts from entities to support financial planning and reporting **You are the person we are looking for if**: - You have a C1 level of English, with fully professional proficiency in both written and spoken communication, (any other language is a plus)
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting and Business
- You are proficient in MS Office
