Unisciti alla Diabetes Operating Unit di Medtronic come Customer Technical Support Intern e acquisisci esperienza pratica nel supporto a soluzioni innovative per la gestione del diabete. Durante questo tirocinio riceverai una formazione strutturata, lavorerai a fianco di professionisti esperti e svilupperai preziose competenze tecniche, comunicative e di assistenza al cliente, contribuendo al miglioramento della qualità di vita delle persone che convivono con il diabete. Il tirocinio prevede un percorso di onboarding e formazione strutturato della durata di almeno due mesi, finalizzato a fornire solide basi sulle tecnologie per la gestione del diabete, sui prodotti Medtronic e sui processi di assistenza tecnica ai clienti. **Dettagli del tirocinio:** + **Data di inizio:** Ottobre 2026 + **Sede:** Lombardia, preferibilmente Milano + **Durata:** 6 mesi, con possibilità di proroga per ulteriori 6 mesi + **Orario di lavoro:** Tempo completo (40 ore settimanali) + **Modalità di lavoro:** In presenza inizialmente, successivamente con modalità ibrida **Le responsabilità potranno includere, a titolo esemplificativo e non esaustivo:** + Supportare i clienti fornendo informazioni tecniche e indicazioni relative ai prodotti Medtronic per il diabete. + Assistere nella registrazione accurata delle interazioni con i clienti utilizzando gli strumenti e i sistemi aziendali. + Contribuire all'identificazione e alla segnalazione delle problematiche tecniche ai team competenti quando necessario. + Supportare il team nel mantenimento di elevati standard di qualità e servizio al cliente. + Assistere nella gestione delle richieste relative ai prodotti sotto la guida di colleghi esperti.
