Job Responsibilities:
- Retail VM Management: Develop and iterate regional unified retail VM standards, visual guidelines, and display strategies. Optimize display/experience solutions by incorporating local market consumer habits, shopping journeys, and store scenarios. Guide and supervise the implementation of display standards in regional retail stores, conduct regular display audits, training, and reviews to enhance store visual imagery and merchandise display efficiency, thereby facilitating terminal sales conversion.
