Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking fluent Italian speakers to join our Social Media Customer Care team for September and October assignments.
You will respond to customer queries across social media and digital channels, provide accurate information, resolve issues, and foster a positive brand experience.
This is a full-time role with a 12-month initial contract, 40 hours per week on a rotating schedule, with relocation support and health insurance.
