Are you ready to turn pricing science into strategic impact, optimizing revenue and capacity across a global fleet in a vibrant, international environment?

Within our Revenue Management, Itinerary & Transportation Department at Costa's Genoa Headquarters, the Revenue Management Analyst will play a key role in shaping pricing and inventory strategies across our fleet and worldwide markets. Combining analytical rigor with commercial acumen, you will help optimize demand, occupancy, and revenue performance by leveraging data, forecasting models, market intelligence, and advanced pricing capabilities.

You will contribute to Costa's revenue optimization strategy by supporting pricing, inventory, forecasting, and capacity allocation decisions across ships, itineraries, and markets. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and international commercial teams,



you will transform insights into actions, helping the business anticipate market trends, optimize performance, and make informed decisions that drive sustainable revenue growth.

Pricing & Revenue Optimization

You will support the definition and execution of pricing and inventory strategies for assigned ships and markets, leveraging data analysis, demand forecasting, and pricing optimization techniques to maximize revenue and occupancy performance.

Demand Forecasting & Commercial Insights

You will analyze booking trends, customer demand, competitive dynamics, and market performance to generate actionable recommendations. Through forecasting activities and continuous monitoring of commercial KPIs, you will help support effective decision‑making across markets and sales channels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Revenue Planning

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and global market
