Kintec Global Recruitment is seeking a Senior Drilling Supervisor for the Tempa Rossa onshore field in Potenza, Italy. The role oversees drilling and completion operations, ensures safety, and coordinates between Drilling and Logistics teams at a senior level.
The candidate will manage contractors, lead well control activities when required, and ensure compliance with HSE policies, permits, and company procedures. Strong English is mandatory; French and Italian are advantageous.
