What you'll be doingAs our Regional Manager Corporate Welfare, you'll drive the strategic expansion of our Welfare services across key northern regions through structured outbound sales and a relentless focus on high-value business development.
New Business Development & Upselling
Own and drive a proactive sales strategy focused on acquiring new corporate clients and identifying upselling opportunities within existing accounts in alignment with Key Account Managers. Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline by executing high-volume, quality outbound activities including cold outreach, customized LinkedIn sequences,
and data-driven prospecting techniques. Territorial Market Ownership
Act as a dedicated Individual Contributor managing a key regional territory, mapping and targeting a strategic portfolio of employer corporate clients (up to 3,000 employees).Budget & Target Management
Take full accountability for achieving ambitious individual and area semesterly targets, focusing closely on maximizing Meal Vouchers volumes and expanding Fringe & Flexible vantaggi solutions. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work in close, frequent synergy with the Key Account Management team to ensure seamless post-onboarding alignment, participating in joint client meetings and strategic reviews. Agile Adaptability
