How Does It Work?

You can submit a referral through the Suru mobile app or web app. Suru then confirms the patient's interest, checks insurance eligibility, and arranges a Telehealth evaluation with the appropriate licensed PT or OT.



When the patient is clinically ready for follow-up treatment, you may continue seeing the patient in the home.

Suru can also notify you when other patients become available in your service area. You decide whether to accept or decline each opportunity.
