About the Role
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors (e.g. Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning) and SAP Concur.
- Design and implement integrations using SAP Integration Suite/CPI, SAP PI/PO, and related technologies.
- Ensure HR data quality through effective data architecture, governance, and integration design.
- Perform testing, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements.
- Advise stakeholders on system capabilities, best practices, and solution options.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT teams, business process owners, and external SAP partners to deliver integrated solutions.
What You'll Bring
- Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur, including implementation of core HR or talent modules.
- Experience with SAP Integration Suite/CPI, PI/PO, OData, and Compound Employee integrations.
- Strong understanding of HR data architecture and governance.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English.
