Position Summary:
The Dental Practice Administrator (DPA) is the onsite point of contact (POC) for clinical and administrative operations, reporting to their Regional Manager (RM). The DPA is responsible for the overall success of his or her dental office through the implementation of company policy and procedure, the management and support of team members, and the unwavering dedication to fostering a culture of respect, communication, and team-work.
The DPA is ultimately responsible for personnel staffing at the facility level, working with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) and RM to ensure timely interviewing, hiring and training of new team members.
The DPA manages all front office duties including but not limited to:




- Model outstanding patient service as well as written, verbal and all other communication outlets
- Schedule optimization
- Staff supervision and progressive performance management
- Coach and mentor staff; identify strengths & weaknesses to assure the highest quality patient experience
- Timely and effective communication to/from Headquarters and to/from the patients
- Treatment Planning for optimal case acceptance
- Doctor commission reporting and oversight

The DPA takes ownership of their practice in the following ways:
- Assists with program/project design activities, strategy development, problem resolution, and project implementation.
- Maintains patient confidentiality, and confidentiality of medical records, in compliance with the Privacy Act and HIPAA regulations in all work activities.
- Adheres to and maintains awareness of all Policies, Procedures, Directives, Operational Memoranda and accredit
