? About the company
We are searching for Full Stack Software Engineers for an early-stage startup building clinical AI software for the European healthcare market, focused on women's health.
The product has the ambition to grow into a broader women's health journey, and will be certified as a medical device under MDR.
The company is led by a CEO with a medical background, has secured significant seed funding, and already has a small structured team across product, design and engineering. This hire will be among the first engineers on the team, working directly with the founders.
What you'll do
- Design, build and ship features end to end: backend services, APIs and user-facing interfaces
- Integrate AI components (LLMs, agents, pipelines) into a real product, with real constraints on correctness,



latency and traceability
- Use agentic coding tools as part of the daily workflow, with the judgment to know when to trust them and when not to
- Contribute directly to architecture and product decisions: in a small team, your voice counts from day one
- Help define the processes and practices the team still needs to build, in a startup at seeding stage

Technical requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Genuine willingness to work full-stack, with real curiosity to pick up new languages, tools and technologies quickly
- Solid habits around automated testing, code review and CI/CD, treated as a practice rather than a checkbox
- Interest in, or hands-on experience with, the professional use of agentic coding tools
- Autonomy and proactivity: at this early stage not everything is defined yet, and this role plays an active part in shaping the processes and practices the team needs
