You will provide 1st and 2nd line support, handle incidents and assist users with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in IT Support, strong Windows knowledge, and excellent communication skills in Italian and English xbvzest (B2/C1).

ITIL knowledge is a plus and a permanent contract with meal vouchers is offered.
