The Faculty Manager is responsible for leading the recruitment, development, engagement, performance,
and career progression of the School's faculty across both Bachelor's and Master's programmes. Working in close liaison with and under the supervision of the responsible Associate Dean, the Faculty Manager plays a strategic role in ensuring that the School attracts, develops, and retains outstanding academic talent aligned with its educational vision, quality standards, and growth objectives.
The role is dedicated to fostering a high-performing faculty community that delivers academic excellence, supports innovation in teaching, and contributes to the achievement of the School's strategic goals, while collaborating effectively with administrative teams to ensure smooth and efficient faculty-related processes.
Duties and Responsibilities

- Work in close collaboration with and under the supervision of the responsible Associate Dean to implement the School's faculty strategy, policies, and academic staffing priorities
