We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration Manager to oversee and optimize the company's administrative operations. In a fast-paced video game development environment , this role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day business functions, supporting cross-functional teams, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all administrative functions across the company
Coordinate office operations, facilities management, and outsourcing relationships
Manage contracts, documentation, and internal compliance processes
Support finance-related administrative activities (invoicing, expense tracking, budgeting coordination)
Ensure proper maintenance of company records, databases, and filing systems
Implement and improve administrative processes and workflows




Assist leadership with reporting, planning, and operational tasks
Coordinate internal communications and HR processes (onboarding, documentation, policies)
Handle procurement of office supplies, software, and services
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or operations management role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Proficiency in office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management tools)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving attitude and proactive mindset
Experience with budgeting and basic financial processes is a plus
Familiarity with the video game or tech industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or relat
