Tecnimont is looking for a Construction Engineering Manager to join the Construction Engineering Management Function. Key Activities & Responsibilities Lead and coordinate Construction Engineering activities for assigned projects; Manage and supervise Construction Engineers during both Home Office and site execution phases; Review engineering deliverables and Work Requisitions related to construction activities,
ensuring construction requirements are properly addressed; Prepare and coordinate construction management documentation and technical requirements to be included in construction subcontracts; Support the definition and evaluation of construction strategies, execution methodologies, temporary construction facilities and heavy lifting activities; Contribute to the preparation and review of Construction Technical Bid Evaluations and support subcontractor bid analysis and selection activities; Ensure the application of Company construction methodologies, constructability principles and lessons learned across all project phases; Provide technical support to Site Managers for the preparation of Construction Execution Plans and project execution strategies; Support Project Control in the development of construction schedules, planning methodologies and construction manpower estimates; Interface with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, HSE, Quality and Project Control teams to ensure project objectives are achieved; Ensure effective coordination between Home Office and Site organizations, identifying project
