Job Title: Project Manager

Location: NAS Sigonella

Scope: Acts as the single point of contact for the Government with full contract authority.

Duties

-
- Directs and coordinates all BOS functions to meet performance objectives.
- Oversees daily execution across all annexes ensuring resources are allocated and performance remains on schedule.
- Maintains direct communication with the KO/COR for contract matters.
- Manages staffing, training, and work assignment of all contractor personnel.
- Ensures prompt resolution of government concerns and trouble calls.
- Oversees subcontractor performance and compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Implements management systems for scheduling, reporting, and cost control.
- Develops corrective action plans when performance deficiencies are identified.
- Provides continuity during phase-in, mobilization, and contingency operations.

Mandatory Experience & Certifications





-
- At least five years of experience managing a workforce on contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity.

Preferred / Desirable Certifications

-
- PMP (Project Management Professional).
- Equivalent program management certification.
