As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement by analyzing production processes, resolving technical issues, and supporting the production team to improve efficiency, reduce downtime,
and ensure consistent product quality. You will support the lean transformation of the factory through waste elimination and implementation of the Littelfuse Operating System at both shop floor and service levels.
Your work will directly impact manufacturing performance in terms of safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
About the Job
- Collaborate with manufacturing engineering and production teams to identify and resolve process‑related production issues, minimizing downtime and improving yield.
- Take accountability for manufacturing line performance in terms of safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Analyze errors and deviations in production processes and implement effective corrective and preventive solutions.
- Apply lean tools to eliminate waste and improve production flow.
- Prepare technical reports, update work instructions, and maintain accurate technical documentation.
