This position reports to: Global eCommerce Lead - ABB Motion Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to join ABB Motion's Global eCommerce team and contribute to the development and expansion of digital sales channels across multiple countries and business divisions. You will work in an international environment, collaborating with stakeholders from different functions and regions while supporting ABB's digital transformation journey.
The program is made up of three assignments in different roles and starts in
October 2026 :
One nine-month assignment in your home country as an introduction to the business. One six-month international assignment to gain exposure to ABB's eCommerce activities in another country and expand your professional network. One nine-month assignment back in your home country/business, where you will deepen your expertise and prepare for your next role within ABB.
