FEM Analysis Engineer - Aviation domain
Job location: Brindisi
Salary range: 28000 E - 34000 E
We are seeking a highly skilled FEM Analysis Engineer to join our team at Quest Global.
As a leading provider of engineering solutions in the Aerospace and Defense industry, we are dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct lifing analysis for aero-engine components to determine operational lifespan and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and information for lifing analysis.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to perform stress and fatigue analysis on components.
- Develop and maintain lifing models and databases to support ongoing analysis and decision-making processes.
- Identify potential risks and issues related to component lifing and propose mitigation strategies.
Work Experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in aerospace, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in stress analysis, preferably 1 to 3 years in aero-engines or turbomachinery applications
- Proficient in using industry-specific software and tools Ansys APDL, Ansys WB, Hypermesh
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
