This position is based at our Luxembourg headquarters and requires regular office presence . The EIB, the European Union's bank, is seeking to recruit for its Group Information Systems Directorate (GIS), Business Technology Solutions Department (BTS), Core Lending Division (CLD) at its headquarters in Luxembourg, a Head of Lending Technology & Applications Division * . This is a full-time position at grade 7 for which the EIB offers a permanent contract.

As Head of Lending Technology & Applications Division, you will drive the evolution of the Bank's lending technology landscape,



overseeing the applications and platforms that enable the delivery of financing operations across the organisation. You will help deliver innovative, secure and resilient digital solutions that support one of the Bank's core business areas.
You will guide multidisciplinary technology teams, influence the future direction of lending technology and shape the applications, services and practices that enable business transformation and operational excellence. By combining technology leadership with strong business partnership, you will help modernise the lending ecosystem and deliver solutions that create lasting value for the Bank and the communities it serves.
Operating Network You will report to the Head of the Business Technology Solutions Department and work closely with the other Heads of Divisions of the Directorate, as well as with business users who participate in projects and initiatives led by the Division.
