Italy FIXED - TERM CONTRACT YOUR TASKS
- Ensure the application of retail operating procedures of the commercial structure;
- Monitor and analyze the quantitative and qualitative performance of the stores, planning periodic meetings with brand partners;
- Support the stores and their headquarters, suggesting strategies aimed at improving their results and image (personnel, customer service, product, visual merchandising, pricing policies, communication, layout);
- Coordinate planned promotional activities and monitor their results;
- Schedule training for sales staff, aimed at achieving a good level of customer service and customer loyalty;
- Increase the visibility and attractiveness of the brands, leveraging all physical and digital touchpoints of the Village;
- Support brand partners in preparatory activities for new openings (personnel selection, staff training, welcome kit, loyalty tools, photo shooting);
