THE MISSION
We are looking for a 6 months Legal Counsel Intern .
Inside the Legal Department, your role will be providing support to the Team regarding the legal aspects of the business,



the internal processes of the Company and the Group, with a focus on regulatory matters and complaint handling. This role is based in Milan where we will expect to see you at the office three days per week, as per our smartworking policy.

YOU WILL :
- Assist the Complaint Handling Function in reviewing and preparing responses to customer complaints, both through internal procedures and in proceedings before the Italian Banking and Financial Ombudsman (ABF), under the supervision of the Complaints Officer.
