As the Personal Assistant to the General Manager you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager: calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and drafting of various documents (welcome cards, reports, presentations).
- Assist the General Manager with the preparation and follow-up of strategic projects and initiatives.
- Oversee the commercial development and rental management of the hotel’s display showcases, including payment follow-up in collaboration with the Finance Department.
