The Social Hub is seeking an Asset Manager for Southern Europe to drive growth across Italy, Spain and France. You will lead commercial leasing, set favorable rent terms, and build robust financial models to quantify yields and new revenue opportunities.
You will collaborate with local teams, planners and partners, navigate permits, and pitch investments to senior leadership. A degree in finance/real estate or economics is expected, with travel across Southern Europe a part of the role.
