Role Description This full-time, on-site Desktop Support Specialist role is based in Constanţa, Romania. The Desktop Support Specialist will provide hands-on technical support for desktop computers, laptops, peripherals, and printers, ensuring all equipment is functioning optimally. Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring operating systems and applications,

and performing routine maintenance and updates. The role also involves responding to support tickets, documenting solutions, escalating complex incidents when necessary, and collaborating with other IT team members to maintain stable and secure IT environments. The specialist will interact with end users regularly, offering clear guidance, maintaining a professional service attitude, and contributing to continuous improvement of support processes.
Qualifications
