Bybit is seeking a Business Development Specialist for Italy to build and manage affiliate, KOL, creator and community partnerships across Italy. This is a distribution-driven role focused on measurable user acquisition through performance-based partnerships.
You will own the partner pipeline from sourcing and outreach to negotiation, launch and optimization, working with Card, Marketing, Operations and Compliance to maximize card acquisition in the Italian market.
