Responsible for technical support system requirement input;
Participate in the development of training courses, edited PPT courseware, and participate in after-sales technical training;
Responsible for the verification and recommend of special tools and diagnostic instruments;
Follow-up and management of technical data;

Responsible for the establishment of technical case database;
Bachelor degree or above, major in vehicle engineering, mechanical engineering or related fields is preferred.

~ At least 5 years of working experience in vehicle aftersales service, technical support or vehicle R&D.;

~ Fluent in English and Italian.

~ Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.

Proficiency in office software and tools.
