Your Role
We are looking for an energetic and process-driven Purchasing & R&D; Controller to join our HQ Finance Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy).
You will report to the Industrial Controller and support operations through proactive steering and control of the business. You will act as a trustworthy Finance Business Partner and provide financial insight to help guide the Technogym strategy and enable business leaders to make the smartest short and long-term decisions.
Your Impact
- Act as the internal champion and catalyst for continuous product cost optimization. You will systematically dissect product cost structures, challenge historical cost baselines, and drive cross-functional "cost-out" initiatives with R&D; and Purchasing to aggressively strip out unnecessary costs from both legacy and next-generation products.
- Partner with R&D; and Engineering during the early design phases to implement target costing, analyze the Bill of Materials (BOM), and ensure new products meet target margins before they ever hit the production line
