Topcon is looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of a Product Platform Manager – Grader/Paving.
Work location: TOPCON Italy (remote). The job can be performed 100% remote (Italy), with business trips to our TOPCON offices in Italy and abroad.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will work closely with customers and dealers, acting as the primary liaison between Engineering, Product Development,

and the Sales Department. This role is responsible for Topcon's grading and paving solutions, ensuring customer needs are translated into prioritized product requirements, driving product development decisions, and managing the product portfolio throughout its entire lifecycle.
Core Job Duties
Product Roadmap Execution
- Implement product strategies and roadmaps defined by the Product Platform Owner.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery of roadmap milestones.

Product Lifecycle Management
- Oversee day-to-day product lifecycle activities, including new product launches, product updates, and end-of-life transitions.
- Ensure alignment with market needs and customer requirements.

Business Performance & Financial Tracking
- Monitor product performance indicators, including revenue, margins, costs, and competitiveness.
- Support pricing recommendations and profitability
