Regional Access Manager (m/f/x) Location: ideally based in Northern Italy (Lombardy, Piemonte, Liguria, Trentino) Contract Type: Permanent contract, Fulltime Department: Market Access The Opportunity At CSL, we are driven by our promise to save lives and protect the health of people with rare and serious diseases. We are seeking a Regional Access Manager to join our Market Access team in Italy and play a critical role in ensuring timely and sustainable patient access to our therapies across Northern Italy. In this highly visible and externally focused role, you will partner with regional healthcare stakeholders, decision-makers, patient associations, and healthcare institutions to support market access strategies, product availability, and patient access initiatives across a diverse portfolio, with a particular focus on Hemophilia and Immunology.



The Role Reporting to the Lead Regional Access Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing regional market access plans across your assigned territory while building trusted relationships with key stakeholders within the regional healthcare ecosystem. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute regional market access strategies aligned with national objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional healthcare authorities, decision-makers, clinicians, patient associations, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Support the inclusion of CSL products within regional formularies and patient access pathways.
- Monitor regional healthcare policies, reimbursement frameworks, regulations, and funding decisions to assess business impact and identify opportunities.
