We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales to join our Sales Team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities. You'll play a key part in driving revenue growth by engaging potential customers, clearly communicating the value of our platform, and supporting deal closures.




You will report to your Team Lead and work closely with our SDR team - who, while currently being built and expanded, will support you in the initial outreach to prospects. You will also collaborate on cross-functional initiatives across the organization.
Your Role
- Manage the entire sales cycle—from the first contact to closing the deal.
- Take full ownership of your pipeline and sales strategies to convert leads into customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide the best solutions for healthcare professionals.
- Unlock real growth opportunities based on your performance and results.
- Play a key role in achieving AlfaDocs' ambitious goals and contributing directly to our success.

Requirements
- 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in SaaS or healthcare) managing the entire sales cycle end-to-end—from lead qualification to deal closure.
