A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Provides technical expertise to sales representatives, other sales functions and customers.
- Provides technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products.
- May provide follow‐up support to company sales staff and customer personnel by providing technical support and information on specific applications.




- Provides sales personnel with technical data necessary for the demonstration of products.
- May make technical or scientific presentations at sales meetings and customer locations.
- Conducts on‐site education and consulting, and supports establishment and maintenance of customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations.
- Acts as a liaison between sales personnel and technical staff.

SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM
Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals.
