Your Role
We are searching for a Software Quality Specialist to ensure the highest quality of our wellness products.
This role involves collaborating with HW, SW, and production engineering teams, managing test plans, and executing both manual and automated tests to guarantee software reliability and performance.
Your Impact
- Work closely with HW, SW, and production engineering teams during project development.
- Utilize various testing tools effectively.
- Manage projects using appropriate methodologies and tools.
- Create, maintain, and update test plans for assigned projects.
- Create and maintain documentation related to software bugs.
- Perform manual and automated tests on software applications.
- Conduct reliability and regression tests on software applications.
- Officially release software versions to suppliers and the market.
- Manage problem-solving and after-sales tickets.
