ShowHeroes is seeking a 2nd Level Support Manager in Italy to own end-to-end technical support for publishers and partners. You will troubleshoot integrations and issues across multiple systems while coordinating with Product, Engineering, and external partners to ensure complete resolution.
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in technical support, solid HTML/CSS understanding, and excellent communication in English (B2+). German skills are valued; AdTech experience is a plus.
