Accountabilities
- Define and monitor the Special Processes requirements,
implement corrective actions for their achievement, promote actions to improve the Special Processes development.
Competencies (optional)
- Strong ability to analyze and summarize the problem and its causes (problem solving)
- Strong ability to work in a team (members internal or external to the Special Processes entity and geographically distributed on other HR STS sites)
