This permanent role reports to the Plant Manager and focuses on ensuring availability, reliability, and safety in a high-tech manufacturing environment. You will manage preventive and predictive maintenance, budgets, and a maintenance team, driving continuous improvement and the adoption of new technologies in collaboration with the Maintenance HQ function.
