- You are the first point of contact in the shop and make sure our customers feel well-advised and welcome
- Your open and approachable attitude helps you quickly understand what our customers looking for – whether it’s the latest deck, the perfect snowboard binding, or a fresh streetwear outfit
- You bring your sense of trends and scene knowledge authentically into every customer interaction
- You work hand-in-hand with the team, providing support in visual merchandising, stock management, and cashier operations
- You continuously develop your skills through trainings, product workshops, and support from your team

Your tasks

Our requirements
- Initial experience or completed apprenticeship in retail is a plus but not required – what matters most is that you are motivated and eager to learn
- You identify with the world of board sports and streetwear culture and have a strong sense for their community and lifestyle
- You are communicative, curious, and actively engage with customers to offer excellent customer service
- You value teamwork, respect, and maintaining a positive atmosphere
- You are interested in a long-term collaboration, bring initiative, and want to develop both personally and professionally

- The minimum salary according to the applicable collective agreement is €1989,85 gross per month (full-time, 40 hours per week)). This sum may vary depending on region.
