The position includes monitoring, operating, and supporting all of the company's 24/7 global and domestic content distribution services.
Working hours – 24/7 shift basis.
Please note that this is not a remote/hybrid/smart working position /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liMonitor telecommunications/ broadcasting systems, supervise the technical components' functions and make sure that they are active and problem-free.
/li liCustomer support – act as the initial point of contact for all the company's clients.
/li liTroubleshoot and fix technical issues.
/li liAccountable for managing events and ensuring that they are resolved,

while maintaining a detailed record of the problems and methods used to solve them.
/li liManage escalation process until resolution, including coordination with in-house engineers and third parties.
/li liManage and coordinate technical maintenances related to the company's distribution services.
/li liMonitor and operate, if needed, facility air-conditioning, UPS, generators etc.
/li liWork on a shift rotation basis, on a 24/7 basis.
