On November 16, ****, the Dallara Stradale was unveiled, the first road car bearing the Dallara brand, embodying Engineer Dallara's dream and synthesising nearly 50 years of innovation.
The Dallara EXP, a track version of the Stradale, was subsequently developed to represent the essence of sporting spirit with extreme performance and FIA safety standards.
In recent years, the Dallara Group has also started collaborating on developing solutions for the aerospace sector.
/ph3The Role /h3pAs a bTrack Performance Engineer /b, you will join the Vehicle Dynamics Performance Dept. at Dallara Automobili,



a company within the Dallara Group specialising in design, pre?series production, and testing of products for the three business units: Racing, Automotive, and Aerospace.
/ppWithin the team, you will be responsible for developing and optimising the car's performance for Dallara's internal or client projects.
Specifically, you will handle the following: /pulliData analysis before, during, and after track events (tests or official events) /liliManaging driving simulator sessions /liliValidating vehicle models /liliOptimising vertical dynamics on the 7?post rig /li /ulpIn this position, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with various company areas, including Design Research, Aerodynamics and Electrics Electronics.
You will join a young and dynamic environment where you can participate in highly challenging projects in the automotive and racing sectors.
/ph3What We Are Looking For /h3ulliMaster's degree in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, or similar; /lili2?4 years of experience in similar roles in the automotive and/or motorsport sectors; /liliProficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Motec, PI Toolbox,



Windarab); /liliGood knowledge of Matlab or Python; /liliGood knowledge of English (minimum level B2); /liliGood knowledge of sensor systems and datalogging; /liliPreferred knowledge of multibody software (e.g., Dymola, Adams/Car, Simpack); /liliHigh motivation and commitment with an innovative mindset; /liliInitiative, professionalism, and strong teamwork skills; /liliPositive and optimistic attitude; /liliPassion for motorsport and automotive; /liliFlexibility to travel frequently abroad when required; /liliAvailability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
