pScalable Capital is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel to own the legal function for its Italian branch, the fastest-growing part of the bank.
You will lead customer documentation, oversee new product wording, and manage interactions with regulators and external counsel.
/ppYou will draft and negotiate contracts, supervise external advisers, and handle complaints and complex cases in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Fluency in Italian and English is required.
