/p pThe role will see you leading the planning, execution, and delivery of projects—including the management of subcontractors—to achieve agreed objectives within scope, time, budget, and quality standards.
Act as the central coordinator across internal teams and external subcontractors, ensuring alignment, compliance, and value delivery to clients and stakeholders.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
/li liDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
/li liSecure approvals and resources for project initiation and execution.
/li liMonitor progress against milestones, adjusting plans as needed.
/li liEnsure deliverables meet quality, technical, and contractual standards.
/li liIdentify, evaluate, and onboard subcontractors based on project requirements, capacity, and compliance.
/li liNegotiate and manage subcontractor agreements, ensuring alignment with project scope, legal, and regulatory requirements.
/li liMonitor subcontractor performance, deliverables, and adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
/li liProactively identify and mitigate risks related to subcontractor dependencies, including delays, quality issues, or scope changes.
/li liServe as the primary liaison between subcontractors and internal teams, facilitating collaboration, resolving conflicts, and escalating issues as needed.
/li liAct as the primary point of contact for clients, sponsors, and stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
/li liTrack and control project budgets, costs, and forecasts, including subcontractor?related expenses.
/li liOptimize resource allocation (internal and external) to maximize efficiency and profitability.
/li liMaintain comprehensive project documentation, including subcontractor agreements, change logs, and governance records.
/li liCapture lessons learned and drive process improvements for future projects.
/li liFoster a high?performance culture, ensuring accountability and results across all teams (internal and subcontracted).
/li /ul h3Required Skills Experience /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or related field.
/li liMinimum 2–3 years of experience in project management.
/li liTrack record in managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
/li liProven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
/li liExperience in subcontractor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.
/li liRisk and issue management – strong skills in anticipating and mitigating risks.
/li liFinancial and commercial acumen – budgeting, cost control, contract management.
/li liStakeholder management – negotiation, influencing, and client relationship-building.
/li liCommunication and reporting – clear, structured, and persuasive at all levels.
/li liProblem?solving and decision?making – handling complexity and ambiguity effectively.
/li liTechnical awareness – understanding of engineering requirements.
/li liDeep knowledge of AI tools.
/li /ul pWe offer a base salary range of €38,000–€48,000 gross per year for this role, depending on experience and location, plus a performance?based variable component.
Final offer may vary based on overall fit and internal equity.
