Overview
We are looking for a Project Manager . Reporting to the Programme Director, the successful candidate will join the team and bring 4+ years of experience, ideally gained within an agency environment similar to LePub.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the execution of advertising and marketing projects across multiple platforms (digital, print, social, etc.)
- Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and clients
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor progress and performance of all assigned projects, identifying risks and resolving issues proactively
- Facilitate regular status meetings and ensure timely communication of project updates
- Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, and reports
- Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and third-party partners when needed
- Champion best practices in project management and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably within an advertising or marketing agency
- Strong understanding of creative processes and production workflows
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar
- PMP or similar certification is a plus

Compensation
Annual Gross Salary Range (RAL) €32,000 – €37,000
- The salary range has been determined based on objective and neutral criteria, including role responsibilities, required competencies, organizational level, market benchmarks, and internal equity considerations.
- The indicated salary range is valid at the time of publication. The Company reserves the right to update it if necessary.
