/p pbJob Description /b Ubisoft Milan is looking for an Accountant to join our Accounting and Cost Controlling Team.
In cooperation with the Accounting Cost Control Manager the new resource will be involved in all daily accounting and financial operations of the company.
/p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsuring the processing (SDI) and accounting entries about third parties invoices, VAT treatment /li liQuarterly submission of LIPE.
Monthly Intrastat /li liProviding data for VAT return declaration /li liProviding data for annual tax certification for independent contractors /li liPayroll Entries as well as monthly reconciliation of related GL accounts (social charges, tfr) /li liQuarterly reconciliation between invoices recorded and invoices received via SDI /li liRecording of bank transactions and Monthly Bank/Credit Card ReconciliationMonthly accruals and provision to ensure costs are correctly allocated as per accounting principles /li liEnsuring invoices are paid in a timely manner /li liManaging the expenses report ensuring these are compliant with our internal policies and procedures /li liFixed asset management ensuring the correct accounting and depreciation treatment /li liPerforming balance sheet reconciliation /li liSupporting the audit activities internal and external on a quarterly basis /li liStoring and archiving of accounting documentation as per law requirements /li liCommunication and support other departments /li liSupporting the preparation of the yearly financial statement /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDiploma in Accounting and/or Degree in Economics /li liPrevious experience in the role, at least 1/2 years /li liProficient knowledge of Excel /li liProficient in English /li /ul h3As a Plus /h3 ul liKnowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft, HFM, and/or other accounting systems /li liKnowledge of consolidated financial statements and IFRS Principles /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pUbisoft is committed to creating an inclusive work environment that reflects the diversity of our player community.
