/p h3 Program – Engineering Track /h3 pThis is our development program with real responsibility from day one.
/p h3What You'll Do /h3 p program – Engineering track is a development program like no other.
Over a two-year and a half period we'll prepare you for a managerial career by putting you at the center of our customer-focused business model.
It's fast paced and challenging, but we'll coach and mentor you while broadening your experience through a range of tasks and impactful activities.
The program is split into three main stages of work.
/p ul li18 months as Account Manager or Hilti Store Representative.
You'll get hands?on experience and a deep insight into the core of our business, our customers, products, services and software.
/li li9 months as Field Engineer.
You will be working with our customers, sales teams, contractors, and designers.
This involves educating critical influencers on construction projects about the proper use, advantages and value of Hilti products and, to securing their specification in the designs.
/li li3 months on a regional strategic project on Engineering Marketing, Engineering Competence Center or PMO.
This will give you an international perspective of our company.
/li /ul h3What You'll Bring /h3 ul liYou hold a master's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Building); /li liYou are fluent in English and in Italian; /li liYou have spent a maximum of 2 years in a professional environment; /li liYou are a flexible team player, with good communication and social skills, and you can inspire others; /li liYou are mobile: ready to move to another Italian city and start your career; /li liYou hold a driving license (from at least 1 year).

/li /ul pAfter 30 months on the programme and feedback on your journey, you will be ready for a team leader or specialist role within our Engineering Department or PMO.
/p h3Compensation Package /h3 pPermanent, full-time contract.
National CCNL for the Commercial Sector, Level III.
RAL 31,500 + 5,500 MBO.
