To strengthen our growth in the Drug Containment Solutions BU (DCS), we are looking for a results-driven Technical Account Management Specialist to join our Technical Account team in our Headquarters in Piombino Dese (PD).You will be responsible for providing customers with the best-in-class Pre and Post Sales services, addressing sales opportunities, and solving issues on assigned products and services.You will:- Support pharma industries in the selection of appropriate containers and devices, providing the best technical solution- Cooperate with customers, as a technical consultant, to detect unmet needs and proactively propose the best solution- Arrange visits at customers' plant in order to promote SG's solutions or to facilitate the technical issues resolutions- Act as single point of contact for the customers in managing requests for already commercialized products- Brings voice of the customer within SG's organization, achieving the right balance in the negotiation of Quality and Technical Agreements with CustomersWho we are looking for:- Education: Engineering or Scientific degree or related fields- Languages: Fluency in Italian and English. French, German or Spanish will be considered a plus- Experience: + 4 years in Technical Customer Support / R&D; / Product Development- Skills: Customer Focus, Negotiation, Problem Solving, Technical Acumen,
