ph3Job Description /h3pClinical Sales Specialist PI VASCULAR reports directly to the Area Manager North Italy PI.
This role is instrumental in shaping and reinforcing the company culture, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer focus, quality, performance, results, collaboration, and accountability.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliRepresent the company positively and professionally /liliDrive market share growth and increase market presence /liliPlan and execute sales promotion initiatives /liliAccountable for quarterly and annual quantitative and qualitative targets (budget and performance) /liliAssists physicians with Operating Room procedures when required /liliEnsure proactive customer engagement by assigned team members /liliStrategic and project?based support of selected key accounts (KOLs, existing and new customers) /liliCoordinate and ensure compliance with reporting standards and company policies /liliAnalyze and oversee sales and commercial budgets /liliEnsure incentive plan parameters are met /liliImplement effective customer segmentation /liliSupport product launches and customer onboarding /liliMonitor market trends and competitor activities, sharing insights with internal stakeholders /liliPlan and execute congress participation and presentations /li /ulh3Required Skills Qualifications /h3ulliUniversity degree (preferably in a scientific field)
